2019 Isuzu Dmax Mobility Modification

This Dmax has been modified extensively to help our client regain her independence.

Up front the vehicle has been fitted with left and right Braunability Turney Evo seat bases to help with accessing the vehicle as a driver or passenger. The factory seats have also been retained giving great comfort and also the safety of the factory side airbag built into the seats.

A Fadiel Satellite wireless accelerator was installed combined with a Radial brake bar to take care of acceleration and braking. The factory head unit was replaced to enable cameras on the crane and in the loading area to monitor everything thats going on while the wheelchair is being loaded. On the back the ute tray was reinforced and a Custom Lindsall Hoist was installed that can be operated from anywhere around the vehicle via wireless remote. We also manufactured a custom loading sled for the clients power chair that is secured in the tray via a remotely operated electric docking pin. An additional 2 batteries were installed under the tray to power all the accessories and monitoring cameras and loading lights were installed on the crane.

We neatly tucked away the hydraulics in one of the under tray toolboxes. In the other toolbox a 2000 watt inverter was installed to provide a full charge to the power chair while out in the bush.

This ute is decked out and ready for work on the farm, Camping, caravanning and four wheel driving!
